Clients can either visit us directly at our local stores in Phuket or Khao Lak, or send us an email to make an appointment after checking our upcoming business trips.
We also accept online orders - just send us an email with your preferred style, and we will guide you through a step-by-step process (i.e. fabric selection, measurements guide and worldwide shipping options).

Meeting Point
For those wishing to meet us personally during our business trips, clients can either visit us at our hotel, or allow us to meet them directly at their respective workplace or residence at the appointed date and time.

Fabric and Style
A huge collection of material samples and latest fashion catalogues are laid out for our clients to choose from. Previously, some of our clients have also brought in their favourite clothes for us to replicate!

Getting Measured
Once you are happy with your style and fabric of choice, you will be professionally measured by a member of our experienced team.

Processing and Shipment
Orders will then be sent back to our factory in Phuket for processing, with an estimated delivery time of 45 days from the date of order for all online orders, and approximately 3 working days for in-person visits. Upon every order, sizes are saved and patterns are created by our master tailors for future orders.
