APPOINTMENT
For clients wishing to place an order, we offer the convenience of meeting either at our hotel or directly at their workplace or residence at the scheduled date and time.
FABRIC SELECTION
We provide a vast array of material samples and the latest fashion catalogs for our clients to peruse. Once the style and fabric have been selected, precise measurements are taken and recorded on file. Some of our clients have also entrusted us with replicating their favourite garments in the past.
PROCESSING
Following the selection process, orders are forwarded to our factory in Phuket for processing, with an estimated delivery time of 45 days from the date of order placement. With each order, sizes are recorded, and patterns are crafted by our master tailors, ensuring precision and consistency for future orders.
